Linux Mint 19 - DNS not working after reconnecting between WiFi Access points

Hi,

Every time I'm connecting to new or reconnecting to WiFi acces points DNS is no longer working.

DHCP is successfully updating network configuration and DNSs but DNS is not resolving.

Current workaround I've got is to reload network manager each time i reconnect to AP.

sudo /etc/init.d/network-manager force-reload

Any help is much appreciated.
