I recently had to reinstall my Linux Mint copy and decided to upgrade to 18. I had used a wifi adapter before on my old copy of Linux Mint 17 with absolutely no problems, but now with Linux Mint 18 it just randomly drops the connection.
I am using a TP-Link AC1300 USB Adapter for Wifi. The exact same adapter and computer configuration on Mint 17 worked with no problem. So what changed?
