Problem with WiFi in Linux Mint

Post by Elena25 »

Hi everybody!
I'm a usual Mint user, but I'm having problems with my Windows laptop.
I've never intalled Mint on this pc so I made a Partition with both Operating System.
The problem is that WiFi always crashes, but sometimes I can connect!
With the command iwconfig the result is "No wireless exstension".
Have you got some suggestions?
Thanks :)

Hello, Elena25.

Please, give us an inxi -Fxz report. We need technical details. Else giving advice will not really be possible.
Please, open a terminal window.
Execute the commandline

Code: Select all

inxi -Fxz
exactly as it has been typed here.
Mark the complete text output which inxi will display in the terminal window.
Copy the marked text and paste it into your next reply.

Best regards,
Karl
