<SOLVED> Linux Mint 19 MATE - No Wireless After Running Level 1 & 2 Updates

Post by rbeltz48 »

Just installed LM 19 MATE on my Lenovo Thinkpad T420 test box. Ran Level 1 & 2 updates and wireless stopped working. Is this a known bug in LM 19? There was also a wireless bug in LM 18 which still hasn't been fixed. LM 17.3 ran flawlessly. Any ideas here? Thanks.

UPDATE: Ubuntu MATE 18.04 had the exact same problem after installing it and then running all the updates. No wireless. So it appears to be a Ubuntu problem.
