My new HP Laptop: Wifi Not Working

I have a new HP laptop, installed Linux Mint 19 but wifi is not working. I think I tried all the suggestions from a couple of HP related threads.

I installed rtlwifi_new as outlined in this thread.
Secure boot is disabled.
Rebooted a few times.

I run the Wireless script, results available in http://termbin.com/rrb7
