No wifi option in network settings on HP Notebook - 15-bs164tu

I'm completely new to linux, this is the first time I've ever installed/used it. Since the beginning the wifi option hasn't been there in network settings. It was the same on ubuntu 18.04, which I uninstalled and installed mint instead. Here's the result from inxi -Fxz:
