Well, that's going to be impossible without a wifi card. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you because all you've said is that your "Biostar computer needs Wifi to connect with a printer." If you want a better response, perhaps you might ask a pertinent question.

What does my Biostar computer need to have Wifi, so I can connect it with a printer?
Will it work with a Wifi card, or a Wifi dongle/antenna? The printer already has Wifi connected.
