I am wondering whether there's an alternative to disabling the Bluetooth for the wifi to work properly?

You can try to enable 11n_disable=2 parameter with following command. Same problem solved by same parameter on Linux Mint Turkey forum for Lenovo X220 device.

Code: Select all

echo "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=2" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
