Hotspot not found, in public Library

Linux mint finds my mobile hotspot always, however in the public library, the hotspot is not found.
The mobile hotspot is turned on.
Linux mint finds other mobile hotspots in the public library.

I reset network settings on the mobile.
I rebooted Linux mint.

Fixed. After a network reset, name was default. The phone name was still showing the preferred name though.
