Hello!

I want to put Linux Mint on my Dell Inspiron 14 5482.

Booting Linux Mint 19.1 live there are no wifi networks shown. Switching the connectivity switch (FN+PRNTSCRN) only changes bluetooth connectivity. I checked in BIOS, the switch should also apply to WiFi.

Booting Xubuntu 18.04.2 Wifi works out of the box.

lspci shows for Network controller "Intel Corporation Device 9df0 (rev30)"

What can I do? What other information do you need? Thank you!

also, I just checked, both OS use network-manager version 1.10.6-2ubuntu1.1

I hope that by finding out the difference between the two OS I will find a solution to get WIFI on Mint 19.1

maybe something about drivers?
