Unable to get wifi to work broad BCM4 3142

I've went through alot of tutorials on here with zero luck of remotely getting the wifi to work at all. I'm pretty out of ideas and baffled as to why it doesn't work the system doesn't actually see there is wifi feature. Could someone please help me
