You can try to install rtl8192eu driver with following commands for this device, instead of kernel builds rtl8xxxu driver.

Code: Select all

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kelebek333/kablosuz
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install rtl8192eu-dkms
This package auto add rtl8xxxu module to blacklist, and contains power management settings (rtw_power_mgnt=0 rtw_enusbss=0) for 8192eu dkms driver. Reboot your PC after install, also you must disable secureboot from EFI/BIOS settings for DKMS drivers.
