I have disconnected my WIFI, I will be moving soon. I was able to connect my Android cell phone to my ssh server on my thinkpad from my cell using "Andftp" app when connected to WIFI. Now I am using my Android cell as a hotspot but Andftp won't connect to my ssh server on my Thinkpad running Linux Mint 19.3. Is there a way to make this work untill I can get WIFi service again after I move or not? Maybe this is too complicated, what do you think?

That is a great article, but it doesn't show how to connect from an Android cell phone that is using 4g lte to my Thinkpad (Linux Mint 19.3 with open ssh server.) running I could always connect via wifi, which I no longer have access to. I'm using an Android 4g lte cell phone which won't connect to my Thinkpad open ssh server using Andftp App which used to connect to my open ssh server on the Thinkpad om wifi.
Well, I uninstalled and re-installed "AndFtp" app on my Android cell phone and am now able to connect to my Thinkpad Linux Mint laptop ssh server. I just entered the correct IP address, username and password and it connected just the same as if I were on a wifi connection.
