Wireless Problem on Lenovo 3000 c200

I am totally lost. My wireless won't work it says its activated in Additional drivers but not able to use the wireless and choose what router i want to connect to. Please give me step by step what i can do

Note you will need the wired connection to install the firmware. Also ensure your wireless is turned on with the toggle switch/key.
