Yep was wondering.
This link is official this morning they listed the RC's but now have been removed.

It looks like the RC was just upgraded to final release. Received/installed 190 updates a few minutes ago, including upgrade of KDE from 4.10.4 to 4.10.5.

I'm totally confident that it's the final. It's in the final directory and not the testing directory, and also the file date for the iso fits in with the build date for the iso on the community website. I've installed it on my netbook and it's running great. So far, the only bug I found was with Firefox deleting the deb for Chrome before it was finished installing. Other that, I've not had any issues and it even picked up my HP LJ printer with no issues.
