File tranfer dialog apart from notifications

Hi. I just installed LM17.2 KDE -I was on the RC but something went wrong so I did a fresh install.
I noticed something horrible - I say horrible because it is, I don't like it-: while I'm transferring files like moving or copying the state dialogue it is separated from the notifications applet at the system tray as an another window, while in the previous versions it were in the notifications applet.
It looks like this:

Is there a way to make it appear this dialog in the notifications applet again?

I restarted the computer and it is fine now.
Not sure of what failed.
Send 'em all to the Moon.
