Decoration windows manager doesn't work. LM KDE 17.3 (SOLVED)

Hi , I am having troubles with windows decoration module or manager, that is used to get new borders for the windows. ( i am translating for my system which is in Spanish, so I hope you understand) under LM KDE 17.3 Rosa.
I am not able to get it work , whenever I click on "get new decorations" it gets stuck "starting" and nothing returns back.

In my Linux Mint 17.3 KDE I cannot access the "Get New Windows Decorations" either. I have not tried recently to access this, so I do not know if their website is "down", or for some other reason. Sometimes that can be because their site is not available, so try another day or time.

En mi Linux Mint 17.3 KDE no puedo acceder a "Obtener nuevas decoraciones de Windows" tampoco. No he intentado recientemente tener acceso a esto, así que no sé si su Web site está "abajo", o por alguna otra razón. A veces eso puede ser porque su sitio no está disponible, así que intente otro día o tiempo.

How do you install those themes? They are xdgurl. I have yet to find and installed that meets the dependencies?

It seems it is needed to extract the file in the proper folder , however I am still trying to find out where that folder is alocated.

Big Thanks! . Thanks to You I have realized that in linux mint 17.3 the folder for decorations is here
/usr/share/kde4/apps/kwin/decorations/
I was searching for it on google ....

I have gotten an extra solution at the Spanish forum by an user called "Jopeta", I will translate for you:

I was glad with phd21 answer , but It didn't work for me. Since I found many windows decorations but not all were meant for that path I mentioned before.
