The Meta key stops working (ie stops bringing up the Application Launcher) after another shortcut is used, eg Alt-Tab. This seems to be a known problem. Has anyone found out how to fix this or tried Plasma 5.9 to see whether it’s fixed there?
Edit: This does not happen in my 32-bit install of Linux Mint, nor indeed in the 64-bit live version of KDEneon.

Had the same issue; super key stopped activating the launcher. I removed the panel, r-clicked the desktop and added a new default panel.
