I tinkered with all the compositing settings already to stop screen tearing so i cant change them (much) because GL3.1 & full screen re-paints is the only one that gives me a smooth(ish) scrolling and moving windows without tearing.
I already asked Here but it ended up them saying to install a new distro, iv asked on IRC but they keep saying try updating my plasma but i do not know how to do that and no one even knows if that would work. They also said try asking here so any help would be appreciated.
