So sense the KDE GUI is getting removed soon, What will be the replacement for it?

You'd have to be an ignoramus to install another DE version of Mint and then install KDE. NO really knowledgeable users install multiple DEs.

I'd suggest Kubuntu as an option. Ubuntu has REAL support.

Really? I do this all the time and consider myself at least a mildly knowledgeable user. Only a few, such as Cinnamon and KDE, really cause issues with one another.
When I give opinions, they are my own. Not necessarily those of any other Linux Mint developer or the Linux Mint project as a whole.
