Hello, I recently upgraded to 18.2 from 17.3 (fresh install), and I'm encountering a very strange problem I never had before with desktop wallpaper.
I have a laptop with a TV connected via HDMI which I run as dual monitor and on the laptop screen my photos I use for wallpaper (taken with a Pixel phone, set to scaled and cropped) appear blurry and distorted, while the same photo set as the desktop wallpaper on TV appears perfect. Now here's what's even stranger... If I select a pre-installed KDE wallpaper to use as a background it looks fine. The wallpaper only is blurry if I choose own photos (and as I mentioned, same photos look perfect on the other screen.)
Any idea what the problem here is?
My TV resolution's is 1920 x 1080
My laptop's resolution is 1368 x 768 w/ ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
