I notice sometimes there appears a white or blue glow-like coloring on my taskbar buttons. See attached screenshot.
Not sure what they all refer to- for whatever reason it's not obvious to me. Seems I can have multiple 'file-roller' instances with 1 idle & the other decompressing & yet anothewr window in the background & the colors don't seem to reflect their individual statuses.
Could someone who knows better than I kindly explain?

The "glow" is desktop theme dependent different desktop themes use colors to show active/inactive or background programs/apps.
