Not certain what caused it to appear, but it survives reboots. Anyone know what it is/how to fix?

Re: Black square in upper left corner of screen
I found an old screenshot to compare & that square thing is an actual menu- looks like it belongs to KDE's panel settings.
However when I click it I get my Antivirus app opening. EDIT:
It just so happens that if I click to open my AV icon in the system tray, the black square turns into the KDE hamburger menu, & gives me a KDE menu. I can't screenshot the menu entries apparently. Stuff like Activities, Unlock Widgets, Show Desktop, etc.

Last few reboots there's been no more issue. Don't know why, but marking solved.
