Hello Mint community,
I have installed another linux on same machine but kept same /home partition. The other OS has openbox as window manager. When I reboot to linux mint, it tries to run openbox which is not installed instead of KDE which is the installed DE. Would you please advise on what configuration file I should check to run KDE after login from mdm ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Can't start KDE after dual booting with same /home
Code: Select all
$ grep openbox ~/.* 2>/dev/null
.dmrc:Session=openbox
$ mv .dmrc .dmrc-
Fixed ! apparently this file is somehow read by KDE.
