KDE sound low on laptop

Is there anyway I can get the sound higher,its kind of low.

check the PCM level, it is usually the culprit.
in general max all the levels.
also using alsamixer (is a curses terminal GUI) in a terminal will also give you access to more sound level tools.

Everything is maxed,and I would like it a little louder, How do I use the terminal for sound?

open konsole from the menu and type:
sudo alsamixer

then you just use your arrow keys and q to quit.

100% is Max.
