the second one is what i needed, thanks.
the blue is a different shade to the icon but it will ok.
could you make the blue the same shade of blue as the KDE icon? for consistency.
I will use this one and see how it looks.

a few more minor fixes and testing and out comes the KDE mint.

could you make a higher resolution wide screen wallpaper?
when i use it on my 1920x1200 screen it gets a bit messy.
the normal one scales better on my screen that the wide screen one.
