What menu program did Linux Mint 9 use? I saw that Linux Mint 10 will be using Lancelot and I was curious about Linux Mint 9.

Re: KDE Menu
Mint 9 used the standard application launcher.
Lancelot looks a lot better to me..

Re: KDE Menu
Not to me, especially with the default desktop theme of Oxygen. What are those little "things" on the right side of the Lock, Leave and Switch User buttons? Even the left side of the buttons looks weird.colyn wrote:Lancelot looks a lot better to me..

I hope they tweak these little things, they make a big difference.smsmith wrote:What are those little "things" on the right side of the Lock, Leave and Switch User buttons? Even the left side of the buttons looks weird.
But Lancelot is definitely better than the previous KDE menu. I, on the other hand, am switching to the simplest possible menu without the search and everything, I like that the best, if I don't have mintMenu or Cardapio.

Those are bottle necks. They are for decoration..smsmith wrote:What are those little "things" on the right side of the Lock, Leave and Switch User buttons? Even the left side of the buttons looks weird.
