I can't add workspaces in xcfe

Hi, I can not add workspaces. I put four areas, but only I have one.
Someone can help me?

What do you get when you right-click on the Workspace Switcher in the panel > and choose Properties . .

Ok, in the "cantidad de filas" i can't change the value "1".

The problem is the compiz. I changed in the compiz configurate the desktop numbers and now is correct.
