Using Mint 18 Xfce and have a problem with screenlock

Post by Ronnie01 »

Hi,

I switched from Cinnamon to Xfce for the reason that Cinnamon is crashing on my laptop and switching back to 2D mode(?).

Now i have installed Xfce and want to turn off screenlock for good. I have looked under Menu Settings Powermanager, there it is disabled. Also undr Screensaver it is disabled but still i get a screenlock.

How do i remove that?

Thansk.

Are you sure that is for Mint Xfce? I don't have a "Preferences" category in my menu, and when I type "system settings" in the menu's search box, I see that I do not have any application called that, either. But this is in Mint 17 Xfce - have things changed significantly between Mint 17 Xfce and Mint 18 Xfce?

Mint 18 Xfce 4.12.
