Cannot Delete Item From Whisker Menu
I am running Linux Mint XFCE 18.2. I deleted the installed version of Firefox and downloaded and installed the Firefox from the Mozilla web site. I noticed that for some reason I could not click on links in Thunderbird. For some reason the links would only load Firefox but not go to the links site. I then deleted the .firefox directory and re-installed Firefox from the software manager. I then noticed in the whisker menu that I had two Firefoxes. I cannot figure out a way to delete the orphaned one. It does not let me delete it. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I found the answer, there were duplicates in the ".local/share/applications/" location
