Hello everybody
I hope that's the right sub forum:
I installed my new ultra hd TV as monitor with 3840 x 2160 pixel at all. I found the most settings for adjudsting readable font sizes. But one setting I didn't found: the size of the panel's main font.
Here some infos about my system:
Computer:
Processor 4x Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9505 @ 2.83GHz
Memory 12011MB (7108MB used)
Operating System Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya
Operating System
Kernel Linux 4.4.0-53-generic (x86_64)
Compiled #74-Ubuntu SMP Fri Dec 2 15:59:10 UTC 2016
Has anybody an idea where to set up a readable font size?
Thanks in advance --AMG

EDIT: problem solved!
In between I went thru several dialog boxes and I found this "workaround"
Menu -> All Settings -> Appearance -> Fonts -> DPI
There I did a change from 96 dpi -> 48 dpi -> and back to 96 dpi Result: Everything is fine now !!!
