XFCE install package needed mint-meta-xfc?
If I want to install the XFCE Desktop, will the package mint-meta-xfce do the trick or do I need more? I tried Cinnamon, but I don't think it is for me.

The safest, and usually recommended, way to change desktop environments is a new installation.
If your issue is solved, kindly indicate that by editing the first post in the topic, and adding [SOLVED] to the title. Thanks!

Interesting.
This should be possible (maybe not recommended ). When you logon, the icon next to your name (above the password field) expands to "Select desktop environment". In theory, that could contain cinnamon, mate, xfce. I'm never 100% sure if the meta package are the way to go or not.
