[Solved] XFCE-Panel's Analog Clock Color Theme Issue

Post by mint4all »

Greetings to all!

I noticed a color-theme conflict between the panel's background color, and the clock-widget's color theme: when i pick a dark background, the clock-widget's "Analog" display fades into the panel's dark background to the point of becoming invisible. Does anybody know of a theme-tweak for that clock-widget to use a brighter/white foreground color?

Thanks a lot!

Sadly, no replies here. So i went to XFCE's own support forum. SURPRISE: i found a simple solution to my problem/issue. Those of you interested in re-theming your panel's clock display, you may want to review the solution posted @ http://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=11921
