I notice this strange problem:
When I login first from VNC (through LightDM greeter) and then I login through RDP, the XFCE desktop is configured properly (having the normal look and style of LinuxMint).
However if I reboot the server and login first through RDP (not through LightDM greeter), the XFCE desktop gets its traditional look and style (which in my opinion is old and ugly) and not the polished one from LinuxMint.
I wonder why this happens. I have tried to track the problem but could not find any thing. Most probably the problem is that the script
/etc/xrdp/startwm.sh should do what LightDM does when a user logs in, instead of calling /etc/X11/Xsession, but I have no idea about how to fix it. Maybe this is not a Mint issue, but I don't know where to ask for help about this. I am assuming that if someone knows how Mint customizes Xfce (for example how it makes the menu to appear on bottom and not on top), he may be able to think of a solution.
