I switched the window management to Xfwm4 + Compton .
When i use MintX themes some program windows (catfish , disks ,disk usage analyzer , logs ...and probably others )
have red border . See picture below :
And if i use MintY and another themes the red border disapears . The picture below
And my question is - How to fix MintX theme

Hi, venco.
I use the combination of xfwm4 + compton on a few Linux Mint xfce systems as well, Linux Mint xfce 18.1 + 19.1 + 19.2. But I have not noted any red borders.
It would be helpful, if you could post the terminal output which the commandline

As i wrote in th first post the red borders appear with the theme MintX
(and it's deerivatives mintX - blu , red , etc.)

Mint-X Theme here on Mint 19.2 xfce: black borders, not red. Is this what you expected?
By the way, some application windows will have no borders, e.g. gnome-system-log, gnome-calculator, very likely a few more.

Compton and Mint Themes
Apparently there is not a problem with mintX theme. It is an unsuitable configuration in compton.conf.
I found good working configuration in Manjaro forums -
