Running Mint 19.3 XFCE on a Thinkpad T430. My mouse cursor disappears when I unplug an external monitor (set to extend desktop, not as a mirror/sole display) from the mini DisplayPort. It'll reappear when I plug the display back in. It'll stick around if I go into Display and turn off the external display before unplugging it, but that seems user-unfriendly. I'm willing to do that, but I'd prefer to be able to disconnect quickly.
How do I prevent it from disappearing when unplugging the display?
