As the title, linuxmint 20.1 often gets stuck deadly.
It seems this happens especially after updating (did not reboot immediately).

Did you try to boot with previous and oldest kernels you have?
Maybe you can attach the kernel log

Thank you for the suggestion. But after I upgraded the kernel from 5.4 to 5.8, it seems the problem is gone...
