Since my COVID-19 infection, I lost almost two kilos of body weight. My BMI dropped from 21.8 to 21.3.
over the whole ordeal from July 7th this summer until now, I have lost about 20 lbs....
a year ago when my primary doctor got on my case about being preDiabetic and 275 lbs,
I was a SugarHolic.... kept candy by my Recliner and munched on stuff thru the day and night.
today, my glucose has dropped from the middle 100s to 95-105,
and my weight is now 234 lbs..
BMI ? don't know how to figure that.

I have not been down in the low 230s for 50 years,
I worked on a farm growing up and did manual labor a lot, 185 as a kid of 16-18,
236 working in the Oil Patch for 40+ years,
then in my late 50s, the waste line got bigger...
