Well the computer is a generation old compared to newer ones and it is almost 4 years old but it was rather impressive compared to other Over the counter computers for its time. 2.1 Ghz was pretty good for a laptop then.

I have offical decided on using 32 bit Os right now which means i am using Linux mint 32bit and windows 7 32bit

Sounds cool i shall give it a try! But is that the only way. I have heard it is a bug in VBox and VMware doesn't do that Cpu spike thing.
