Worried?

It's just good to laugh sometimes about things we can't do much about. Try not to fret too much, you can make more problems for yourself that way.

नमस्ते = Namaste
I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you in which is of love, of truth, of light, and of peace.
When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are one.

A significant part of why I've moved away from proprietary operating systems, software, and even file formats is I have no trust in anything which cannot be absolutely unrestrictedly audited and peer-reviewed.

When I have the money to do so, my intent is to support companies like Purism and Fairphone.
Peoples of the universe, please attend carefully: the message which follows is vital to the future of you all.

Pulled my old Atari 800 with a tape drive out of the closet last night.

It is rare that someone can feel good about their most current computer is over 12-years old. As far as I can tell my Athlon X2 4200+ is not vulnerable to Spectre or Meltdown. :D

OTOH, my computer is prone teenage outburts. For example, last night the system abruptly logged out all by itself - logs showed sdh2 was overheating. Weird thing, that is an ancient drive I salvaged from a Win-95 era laptop and slapped into a USB housing - it does not have sensors, was not turned on at the time, and has only one partition.
