Hey, catweazel, is your avatar of a character played by actor Morgan Woodward? I know him from Star Trek: The Original Series as Simon Van Gelder and Captain Ronald Tracy.

No, Geoffrey Bayldon. Catweazle was an hilarious show. He was a wizard thrown forward in time, and his interactions with technology were very funny. For example, he used call the telephone, 'the telling bone' :lol:

I had top change the spelling because the correctly spelled name was already taken on forums.linuxmint.com.

Catweazle was a brilliant show, Bayldon passed it off brilliantly.

On another note, I see that you are in the AAT. It's one area I would love to have visited in my life, who knows what the future will bring. Apparently one of our local doctors has just gone down there. I did not know her, so, it's neither here nor there. What do you do down there, apart from freeze your but off! I'm sure an old wizard would need a few tricks in such a challenging environment.

I remember watching Catweazle as a kid. Some of my siblings and I use phrases from the show when we're talking to each other.

PS Geoffrey Bayldon died in May of 2017 at the age of 93. RIP.
