I really do not understand why people continue to use Microsoft's junk. My Android phone has been showing me more ads recently, and I'm just about ready to put LineageOS on it.

Hmmm, not available for my Samsung S5 or Note 4.

But, my Note 4 is rooted on 4.4.4 so it really don't matter. I never get any spam on it.

Might all the spam also be related to how you set up your latest Windows? If you accept all their 'defaults' and log on using a M$ account, you deserve all you get. Until I gave up on Windows a couple of weeks back, I never saw any of this.

- use New Test PC on Default Settings . .
see what M$ offers on this win-10 of theirs.
it's an Ex Vista PC 1,73Ghz,, 1Gb ram,, 105Gb HDD
it's gotta be faster than Vista was - surely
Surprise No.1 - - it accepted the Digital Entitlement,, from the win-7 machine,
- that is stuffed & about to be tossed out.
so, there is a use for those old PCs after all.
- use New Test PC on Default Settings . .
