Seems, Canonical Inc is intentionally omitting Meltdown patches for 32bit Ubuntu, in order to push the users onto 64bit Ubuntu because of lack of resources.

It has nothing to do with with Ubuntu , the only linux distro that has tried to fix it is Suse/OpenSuse and that's still questionable due to the way 32 bit Linux accesses memory mapping that some consider it a pointless exercise and a complete waste of time trying as it will just end up like adobe flash that you'll keep having to patch it.

The only current solution is to use 64bit.

I'm the oldest brother. I'm stress free, eat healthy and do not have any heart problems. That has nothing to do with clinging to '80s or '90s nostalgia

I tend to cling to 40's nostalgia  exit stage right...

It works; the screen is stone-age, but - in terms of security - I'm avant-garde, so to speak

So people get upset when Canonical adds a request for some basic non-identifiable computer info during install ( that people can freely opt-out of ) yet people want to keep a broken 32bit architecture where websites can access users personal information such as passwords and banking details?

There are no words.

Looking at this from a different angle, it is Canonical Inc who may be intentionally exposing the personal information of 32bit Ubuntu 14.04/16.04(and 32bit LM 17.x/18.x) users.

People are saying that ARM 32 bit might be dropped next for the exact same reason that it can't currently be fixed without constantly playing whack-a-mole.
