Re: LIFE DETECTED on Mars
HJ's? Are you talking about Howard Johnson's, or something else. I think there's like, ONE Howard Johnson's left in the US.
I have travelled 37629424162.9 miles in my lifetime
One thing I would suggest, create a partition as a 50G partition as /. Partition the rest as /Home. IF the system fails, reinstall and use the exact same username and all your 'stuff' comes back to you.

I agree with both of you, Jim and Catweazel. In my opinion, Will Ferrell was never funny.
SNL has become a skeleton of its former self. Ever since it started in 1975, the quality has gone up and down for decades. It seems to be at a low point and has been for several years.
I used to purposely stay up to watch SNL, but now---no way.

If Pierre is talking about Howard Johnson (owned by Wyndham), we have 10 and I live in the smallest state in the U.S. (Rhode Island). There are hundreds still left.Arch_Enemy wrote: ⤴Sun Jun 10, 2018 11:06 pmHJ's? Are you talking about Howard Johnson's, or something else. I think there's like, ONE Howard Johnson's left in the US.

Re: LIFE DETECTED on Mars
Not that I'm aware of, Damien. I asked my partner (69 years old), and he said Howard Johnson's has only been known as HoJo's.DAMIEN1307 wrote: ⤴Mon Jun 11, 2018 4:11 pm hi jerry...HoJo's...lol...you just brought back fond memories for me during some of my "clubbing" days back in Providence in the 80s...going to HoJo's...if i remember correctly, in RI, was it not also known as BoHics or somethings to this affect?...DAMIEN
