People love their history too much to stop speaking their own languages and teaching them to their children. While English is getting close to being the universal language all over the world, it’s not going to be “understood” by computers in the near future, which I define as until we are alive.

I just read your post and the good replies to it. Here are my thoughts on this as well.

FYI: I found a nice application in the "Synaptic Package Manager (SPM)" called the "Bless hex editor" where you can copy and paste hexidecimal with auto text translation on right.
