I don't do Fahrenheit. Can you just tell us what is notable about the weather you're having? I'm assuming it's notable or you wouldn't be telling us about it.
It's pretty weird weather here in the east. The east of the Netherlands, of course! That's where I live, so that's the default location I'm going to assume for all of you.

Okay, so it's rather cold then? Okay.
Over here, it's the warmest it's ever been in this time of year, since they started recording temperatures. Also pretty notable. It's also way too dry, and has been so all summer long.

57F = 13C approx. It's cool but not THAT cold. Heck it would get almost that cold in the middle of the Dry season in Darwin - rarely.

Here in Florida, Tampa just had the hottest month on record. The average temperature for September was 85.8 deg. F. (29.9 C). Climate change, anyone?

Re: Holy Sheep dip
Here in Florida, we don't (yet) know about anything less than 80°F / 27°C. It is supposed to start heading into the 70s this week for low temperatures, but it'll be a while yet before we get anywhere near to 15°C.
