When starting a YouTube channel, is it best to register it?

As in registering a company (Sole Proprietorship)?
I am wondering if I should also get a WWW domain name?

Or is it better to wait until I’m bigger and decide then?

youtube won't consider any monetization untill your first video reaches 10k views. they won't even bother converting to vp9 (new protocol for better quality) until that video reach 1000 views.

unless you post your copy written material on your channel i don't see any need to register anywhere. you'll need to ask better info from youtube, not here. searching on youtube will get you better results
