Hm Yes - but you don't tell us if said link is displayed correctly or not ...

 Sorry, I overlooked your statement regarding correct display in Chrome/Android above

finally got it to open and saw:

1 LibreOffice Base
2 Kexi
3 MySQL and derivatives

I can tell you, that none of those will work with an existing ACCESS database file, I have tried every one of them, and tried to open my daughter's ACCESS database, not one of them can open it.

To try and learn a new operating system, and transition to a different database application, is not going to happen for her.

either it works exactly perfect, or she will have none of it, period.

She has over 2 decades of Databases behind her in ACCESS, and you want me to ask her to shelve all of that, and start from scratch?

ummmm, ain't gonna happen Sherlock. I value my dinner table more than that.

Whatever HAS to save in Microsoft Office .docx format as well as opening and using it. Same goes for .xls files in Excel. While I have installed LibreOffice 7.2 on all the home machines, no one uses it except for me.

It's a question of people getting familiar with something , then sticking with it. In this case Windows and office.

More iphone troubles, so I am going to send her to the Apple store to get it looked at. She said that her iPhone 13 is nothing but trouble.

My neighbor reports receiving a notice regarding pending update to her iPhone. I have not read it but she said it is very lengthy and requires her to waive something.

Wondering if this is somehow related.

No idea, but her account had been hacked, or attempted to be hacked which cause all sorts of issues.

On an unrelated note, yesterday SUCKED!!!!!!!! I spent about an hour calming my lieutenant down to keep her from quitting (one of my extra duties is morale officer it seems), and then putting out other fires that threatened to cause major issues (a lieutenant in another division beating his chest, and posturing to show his power and throwing us under the bus to show his POWAH!). Then over two hours off and on dealing with irate citizens over things that we have no control (but they are convinced we do have control over), all the while dealing with the *&*!@& it, I want to retire bug of my own. Then at quitting time getting called in to a closed door meeting over an Internal Affairs issue that is going to land on my desk to deal with (and it is spectacularly stupid, I am tempted to issue a "Butt-Hurt report" to the people involved). This is on top of my knee giving me heck (pain, and swelling).

I sure don't envy your position there at all....
Internal Affairs issues are rarely straight forward, or correctly reported...

most have Egos involved and Power climbing people driving them.

seems that 'proof' is not required to file a claim with IA.

I'm planning on visiting her with the intent of reading for myself what the message actually said. As her 6S has seen better days I know she is considering leaving the Apple mindset. To her with each release of the iPhone they cram more useless features in making simple tasks harder to find.

Last night I had an odd error in Manjaro on the old Darter Pro. The clock showed it as 1400 hours, when it was 1900 hours, and the system refused to allow a reset of the system to get to the correct time. After about an hour of working, I decided to re-install POP OS. It would not install. After another hour of attempts, I finally deleted everything on the NVME drive, wiped all partitions, and Pop OS finally installed. It was the oddest experience I have had. Tried the GNOME flavor, and it sucked. Tried KDE desktop, did not like it at all. Reinstalled Cinnamon, and it is alright, but POP is not Mint. Their Pop Shop is really bad, hard to find things, etc. I am not enamored of other Linux distros today.
