Hello there,
I am looking at buying and using a mobile phone with open OS and linux based. Would be great if there would be a linux mint mobile OS. Anyone knows if there is such thing in developement or any other used and tried version that I can look into?

There is no Mint version for mobile phones, nor are there plans for one. But there are several options for Linux-based mobile phones. I use a phone that is running Ubuntu Touch. Make sure to look at the devices list to see which phones are suitable, and how well they are supported.
