Senior moment, I guess...
I like to think of myself as a reasonably intelligent guy, but then I go and do this...
Question: what do you get when you wrap copper wire around a steel post?
Answer: an antenna.
I know this. I've known this for a very long time. It's fairly common knowledge. So in an effort toward "cable management", why did I think it would be a good idea to wrap 6 feet of headphone extension wire around one of the steel posts supporting my desk's printer stand, and then plug that into my laptop???
Know what happened? Audio was all but dead. Very low volume, and sounded muffled like it was coming through a pillow.
SOOOO, I get up this morning, and the 1st thought in my head is "Well, you IDIOT!"
It's not like I didn't know better. Man, I must be getting old.

I'm sure glad my coffee pot has an auto-shutoff. For some reason, it will not make coffee when I don't add the water

I keep mine next to the metric Crescent wrench.

They don't?
All you need is some FlexSeal.
Mine is next to my left-handed pipe wrench and metric Channel Locks.

I was gonna say something relevant here but I forgot what it was...
Re: Senior moment, I guess...
I scaled it up and increased the canvas size a bit to keep it at 1920x1080, using GIMP:

It's a bit blurry, but there you go. It'll stay on there for 31 days.

Every seaman, worth his salt, knows that you need a bucket of steam to prime the turbines and the gyro compass needs an occasional dab of relative bearing grease.
